Before We Arrive
Please remove breakable items. No need to move your furniture.
Day of Service
- Pre-inspection: We’ll assess the condition of your carpet and discuss your requirements. Your questions will be answered, and we’ll provide a firm estimate before we begin.
- Vacuum: Next we’ll vacuum your carpet to remove loose soil.
- Move Furniture: We’ll move any furniture except heavier pieces such as entertainment centers, china cupboards, beds, dressers, etc. Heavier pieces (except enter. cent.) may be moved for an additional charge. We’ll tab and block all furniture to avoid color stains.
- Pre-treat: Stains are treated with our special cleaning solutions.
- Clean: Your carpet receives a deep cleaning with our patented rotary jet process.
- Protectant & Deodorizer: We’ll apply special treatments, as requested. Deodorizer helps eliminate common household odors. Protectant applies a protective barrier on the carpet fibers and aids soil resistance.
- Grooming: For a finishing touch we’ll rake your carpets with our professional groomer.
When we’ve finished our work, many of our customers exclaim “my carpets look like new!”
After Our Visit
Your carpet will dry more quickly with our system. We do recommend that you stay off carpets 4-6 hours. If you must walk on them, please wear white socks or slippers. You may remove the protective blocks and tabs in 48 hours.
