Q: How often should carpet be cleaned?

Recommended Cleaning Schedule:

2 people: 1-2 times per year
Young Children: 2 times per year
Children & Pets: 2-4 times per year

Q: How long does the carpet cleaning process take?

Our average is ½ hour per room. However, this can vary depending on the amount of soil in carpets, how much furniture needs to be moved, pre-treatment needs, and setup time.

Q: Should I plan to be home while my carpet/upholstery is being cleaned?

It is not necessary for you to be home while your carpet/upholstery is cleaned because we are trained professionals you can trust. We are licensed, insured and members of the Better Business Bureau. We do recommend however, that someone be home before we begin cleaning to discuss any specific needs or areas of concern.

Q: How soon can I use freshly cleaned carpets/upholstery?

Our system will leave your carpets and/or upholstery dryer, in a shorter period of time. However, we do recommend staying off carpets for a period of 4-6 hours. If you must walk on them, please wear white socks or slippers. Some carpets may still feel slightly damp for up to 10 hours depending on the carpet type.

Q: Do you move furniture?

We’ll move any furniture except heavier pieces such as entertainment centers, china cupboards, beds, dressers, etc. If you would like heavier pieces moved (except enter. cent.), we can provide that service for an additional charge. Please remove any breakable or valuable items in rooms to be cleaned.

Q: Can you get out all spots or stains?

Let’s first define the difference between a spot and a stain. A spot is foreign material that is removable by standard cleaning methods. The particle resides in or around the carpet fiber. A stain is foreign material that can’t be removed by standard cleaning methods. The foreign material has penetrated the fiber and changed the fiber itself. Some stains may not be completely removable.

Q: I’ve heard that cleaning my carpet makes it soil faster. Is this true?

With our patented Rotary Jet Extraction process your carpets and/or upholstery will look, feel and stay cleaner longer. Our method doesn’t leave any soapy or chemical residue that attracts soil, thus keeping your carpets/upholstery cleaner longer.
